Was a tough decision to splurge on such a tiny bottle but I read good reviews about it and was curious. So far no noticeable improvement but at least I have no reactions as I am generally quite sensitive around my eyes. Easily absorbed and I like the smell!

I chose this eye serum after reading many different reviews on a various eye cream/serum products. I was after a stronger, anti-aging eye serum to hopefully prevent or minimize future fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes, and I definitely wanted my eye serum to contain a retinol. From the reviews I read, I came other conclusion that this seem slike one of the better eye serums in the price range under $150. The price on Cosmetics Now was also one of the cheaper prices for this product. This eye serum does not seem to have very noticeable immediate effects such as getting rid of dark eye circles after a sleepless night, although it is relatively moistoriisng and does not sting or feel oily, however i think it will have more significant effects in terms of minimizing fine lines in the long term as opposed to more noticeable immediate effects.

It is definitely too early for me to write a review but I will anyway. I was recommended this eye serum by Paula Begoun, and I generally trust her advice when it comes to skin care. Although she says we don't need a separate eye cream, I super strength products on the rest of my face (retinol, ascorbic acid, AHAs etc) and my eye area has been terrible lately - dry, small lines forming, hollowed out, and with small melasma-like bumps from overly thick concealer. I'm 27 years old. I tended to agree that eye cream wasn't necessary as I was using something from Kiehl's (all of them are equally useless), but after I tried a sample of Aesop's parsley seed eye cream I started to think that a specialised eye cream might help me. The Aesop eye cream is housed in a jar so I wasn't going to spend $100 on that if the ingredients would deteriorate almost immediately, but I searched reviews and found this one. So far so good, doesn't interfere with makeup or sting. However, I had a party weekend and slept very little - this eye serum gave no noticeable improvement, so don't rely anything like this hoping it'll get rid of the signs of poor sleep or nutrition :)
